    1. One nudge, implemented by Wayne State University is the new attendance policy. It started last year, during the new semester for the first two classes, attendance is mandatory. If students missed both days, they would automatically be withdrawn from the class. This nudge was created to encourage students to attend class. I think the main goal of the nudge is to try to make students attend class for the first few days and then for the rest of the semester. This nudge also helps the student, if they do not attend class and withdrawn, they will not have to pay tuition for that class. 2. One nudge, I see the Mike Ilitch School of Business implement is they send emails out to all business students about internship, networking, and job opportunities.
