    that pays for taxes is going somewhere. If a person lives in Illinois it’s noticeable that the state has a budget issue because everyone seems to talk about it. The ways that Illinois can fix debt may not be simple to the governor of the styate but for the people it seems very simple. The citizen’s look at all the possible ways like for one educate the government. The governors of Illinois do have a scholarship to be able to work in the filed but when comparing to other states the governors in those states had to go through a couple of years of training to be ready to be turned loose on by themselves. The next thing citizens thought would be to make and enforce new laws. The only problem with that would be to enforce new laws the state would need an income to help enforce those laws. The big idea is to change the leadership. I found the history online, Governor Bruce Vincent Rauner is an American businessman, philanthropist, and politician. He is the 42nd and current Governor of Illinois, serving since January 12, 2015. Prior to his election, he was the Chairman of R8 Capital Partners and Chairman of the private equity firm GTCR, based in Chicago. He was the Republican nominee in the 2014 Illinois gubernatorial election and defeated Democratic incumbent Governor Pat Quinn. Rauner has come and tried his best to explain to the people the issues and his way of fixing the problem.
