    The concept of “bad” volunteering is unfortunately a sad reality and the differences amongst volunteering and voluntourism is very clear. I believe that volunteering and voluntourism are so vastly different they shouldn’t be categorized as the same, shouldn’t be marketed as the same program, and should not be associated with the same “work”.
