    Introduction An organization’s culture can affect many aspects of, and levels of employees across the company. It starts with the implementation of strategies towards the ability to achieve company goals. This is usually decided by the board of directors or the management team of the organization. I am going to discuss the culture of RR Donnelley (RRD) and more specifically the Paul Hastings department which includes the DPS (document processing services) team. Explanation to the Culture of my department RR Donnelley’s main focus to my understanding is to provide a high client satisfaction amongst providing services of a global communication and collaboration of content. More unambiguously, that moderates costs, intensifies revenues, and epitomizes amenability (End-to-End Solutions, n.d., p. 1). Although this is a main component of the organization’s culture and the focus of company goals, there are several sub departments within RRD that also support this emphasis. The Paul Hastings department or DPS, provides these services exclusively to the legal affiliates of the Paul Hastings firm. While working with attorneys, paralegals, and client service professionals, DPS upholds RRD’s organizational culture and goal orientation by providing high quality client satisfaction, and also delivering a swift, precise product.
