Ever since I was a little boy I had an interest in math. Math has always come easy to me compared to others and when someone is worthy at something they tend to enjoy it even more. Also, the aspect of how bridges and buildings are able to stand with such force has continuously amazed me. This is what sparked my interest into attending the Civil Engineering Technology program at Montana State University Northern. Throughout high school and college I have taken rigorous classes and achieved above a 3.5 grade point average. In high school I passed the Advanced Placement Calculus class, therefore giving me math credits for college. I participated in both football and basketball during high school advancing to the semifinal game my senior year of football. I was a two time All-State linebacker and conference defensive player of the year. I’m now a two year starter as a sophomore for the Lights in Havre, Montana. I’m averaging about seventeen credits…
