A copy of the survey is located in section 1.8 of the appendix. The questions generally asked students about their workout plan and eating habits. We gave the survey papers to students near the UMD Stamp building and at the Eppley Recreation Center and only got responses from 107 students. A lot of the students work out daily with 60% of the students we surveyed work out at least three – four times a week.
