    In my opinion, education is not preparation for life, it’s truly life itself and it’s bound to take you beyond wonders. One must not let their past drag them down, but lift them up to aim for greater heights. My educational goal is to major in Architecture. I plan on being a part of the FIU Connect-4-Success program, which is a program that allows you to attend an FIU partner college in order to complete prerequisite courses and a guaranteed admission to FIU once you finish. I plan to attend Palm Beach State College for two years in order to receive my AA degree. Then, I will transfer to FIU’s Department of Interior Architecture Modesto A. Maidique campus to further my studies. In transitioning to and completing college, the most significant challenge that I expect to face is time management. My college prep coordinator taught us the phrase “Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance.” With all the demands, activities, opportunities and more provided from Universities, managing all of those responsibilities might be a challenge for me.
