    Firstly, I added the Union Jack as a faded full flag. I added it as without the United Kingdom, Canada would not exist in the form it does today. As it is today however, Canada lives without leadership from the United Kingdom, but they still are connected through the British Commonwealth. The Canadians I found the Union Jack significant enough to have it fill the entire flag, but keep it as a fade to prioritize the Canadian aspect of the Canadian flag. Secondly, I added the two known Aboriginal flags as they are the original inhabitants of Canada. The blue infinity flag is the Metis flag, originally used by Metis resistance fighters. It was later adapted by the general Metis people shortly later. The altered Canadian flag is the more recent version of the Aboriginal flag, created by Curtis Wilson. I put these two flags in the bottom of the center part of the Union Jack, which I used as the area to place the most important items relative towards me, and towards what we are learning in Social Studies. Thirdly, I used the symbol of healthcare to resemble the fact that one of the most speaked about ideals of Canada is the free healthcare.
