    Children under the age of two need extra calories to keep their rapidly developing organs functioning properly. Both their brain and body are rapid growing. Parents and the teacher have to make sure children are eating healthy. Children need to eat fruits and different kinds of vegetables. Sometime the child may not like a particular kind of food and may not want to eat it. It would help the child if the parent and teacher admire the food and tell the child why it was important. That most likely help the child accept the new food after repeated. For example, Chloe did not like oranges and would refuse to eat it, so the teacher would tell her that it was good for her and the teacher would point out how her friends seem to enjoy it. Little by little Chloe started to eat her fruit and now she eat all of her oranges. Children also need to get eight to twelve hours of sleep to help with their physical growth as well.
