The space itself doesn’t really contribute to this, but the culture of the space does, and so does the purpose of the space. They need to dress professionally so they are taken as professional and serious. Peoples behavior in reaction to this is to treat them they way they are dressed. So, people treat them with respect and they treat them very professionally. The fourth norm is that people did not speak unless they were asked to.
