    school that is not wealthy by any means, therefore, I know first-hand that allowing students to bring their own devices to school could actually benefit the school financially. At my school, classrooms have two to three computers on average, which is not nearly enough for most classes. We have one computer lab, but only one class can use it each hour throughout the day. Consequently, a few years ago, my school invested in a set of thirty Chromebooks. They were popular, teachers began using interactive websites on the internet to help students learn and study. Soon, the school district found out that just one set of Chromebooks for seventh grade through twelfth grade was not enough, so the following year they invested in thirty ThinkPad laptops. The ThinkPad laptops had many problems considering they were pre-owned by a different school. Nowadays, cell phones can do just about everything that a laptop could do. Using phones in an educational environment may actually enhance learning. Teachers can find websites, such as Kahoot It, and create review games for students to play competitively against their classmates to help them prepare for an exam. If my school permitted cell phone use in the classroom they could actually save great deal of money on electronics. Conversely, majority schools believe that allowing students to have their phones is just another conflict.
