You are an old man, who has a health condition that makes you extremely tired to the point of passing out from only walking up a flight of stairs. You are the same old man that would throw around guys weighing over 200 pounds, and standing six foot and taller. These huge men would run swinging and kicking trying to beat the old man, but never could. This isn’t a Mr. Miyagi story, this is the purest form of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at its best. Since 1925 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been helping the smaller, weaker individual take on opponents with ease. This is the story of how Brazilian Jiu Jitsu changed America and the art of fighting, forever. The history of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, often referred to as “BJJ”, dates back to 1925 with over 40 members of the Gracie family carrying out the legacy to this day. However, the original art of Jiu Jitsu can be traced back to the Japanese warriors in the 1800‘s, so that is where we will start. I wasn’t very fond of Days of heaven, because although the art and scenery of the movie are well crafted that is not all it takes for a movie to be perceived as good. Unfortunately, due to the lack of dullness of the story itself I cannot acclaim Days of heaven a good movie. The film in my personal opinion is very bland and boring, despite the…
