Imagine if a person really close to you died and you could have saved them and you failed, or you feel like you have failed but really there is nothing you could have done. In the sorry the “seventh man” had a friend name k who died and he could have saved him and tried to save him and failed. He feels guilty and upset that it is his fault for his death.
