    How to Study Guide During the last couple of weeks, I have begun to understand the different types of learning styles and the one that fits my schedule. In order for me to be more effective in my study habits, I believe the Pomodoro technique would benefit me the most. Some examples of the Pomodoro technique are listed below. 1. Setting a timer for 25-30 minutes can help me focus more on the task that I am trying to accomplish, whether it is writing a paper or study for an exam. Having a cue such as a kitchen timer or an alarm can help. Once I start the timer, I know it is time to focus on the task in front of me until I hear the timer, and then I will know the 25 minutes are up.
