I had the pleasure of interviewing and getting to know Asraa Abdulwahab. She is a student at Boise State University. She lives with her family in Boise, though they are originally from Iraq. Asraa’s parents met while attending college. They married and had three children. They decided to move to the United States from their home country of Iraq so that Asraa and her brothers could have more opportunities for their careers and lives.
