In Casino Royale Le Chiffre is a soviet spy has a terrible addiction to gambling he has used is agency money and has put himself in debt of 80 million francs. His agency SMERSH is on his trail and is out for blood. He makes one last attempt to make all his money back at the French Casino Royale before it is too late. Bond’s mission is simple; he is tasked with using his skills at the tables to bankrupt Le Chiffre so his agency will kill him. He is joined by his friend and fellow agent Mathis and an American CIA agent. He is also joined by a female agent Vesper Lynd who he was vehemently against joining the fold. Before Bond is able to start his mission there is an attempt on his life but luckily escapes unscathed. He then returns back to the casino and is able to successfully bankrupt Le Chiffre at the baccarat tables. Bond and Vesper go out to celebrate but she is soon lured out into the parking lot by one of Le Chiffre’s men and is captured. Bond goes after her but only ends up crashing his vintage car and getting captured himself. Le Chiffre viciously tortures bond but before he gets the information he wants Le Chiffre is assassinated by a SMERSH agent letting Bond and Vesper go. With his mission seemingly over and his life as a spy in question Bond embarks on a vacation with his new love Vesper. However nothing could prepare him for what would happen next. In…
