I slowly walked into Khleo’s office which seemed weird and felt very old fashioned at the same time. Kind of surprised me though because from what I had heard about Khleo he didn’t seem like a well-organized type of person. I guess it’s sad to say that I felt a little nervous walking into gang territory even though I am a police officer but the truth is I’m not immortal I bleed the same way everyone else does. Though at the same time I felt that Khleo and his guys wouldn’t harm me anyway. I was pretty confident for a guy who came alone but that’s what my job calls for. Anyways after a few minutes of waiting and two guys just sitting and starting at me in walked Khleo. “So what can I do for you today officer,” he said as he took a seat behind his desk. Then his friend began to laughed before he turned his attention back over to me. “Not to mention this motherfucker using my first name like we’re buddies.” I swiftly interrupted him. “Look I don’t have time for this.” “You know what I don’t either, now get the fuck out,” he said before motioning for his guys to escorted me out. I quickly stood up and shrugged both his guy’s hands away from me. “I’m…

What can be initially taken as just a short parable of self-doubt and reflection, coveys a set of deeper themes, that not only go along to flesh out elements of the story, but also coincide with the devolvement of our main character, or rather the devolvement of our understanding of this character. The unit in general allowed me to see more of the fundamental differences between that…

People who are involved in espionage usually must remain unknown during their lifetimes. Achieving anonymity even in history is especially true of African American spies and particularly of women spies. When people think of a civil war spy, they imagine a male. Nevertheless, women played a huge role and were perfect because they were easily trusted and viewed as a non-threat. African Americans were also great spies because they had direct access to conversation as they were serving and cooking…

Most of the stories brought in were made by regular people who had decided to make things up just to start a commotion, usually it was done through some type of social media.
