    Every worker knows the woes of all the varieties of customers that pass through their job. These customers’ that pass through restaurants and fast food places can be classified into five groups; these groups have been named the “Understanding”, the “Perfectionist”, the “Can I Speak to your manager”, the “Grandma/Grandpa”, and the “Trash”. The understanding customer is quite possibly the best customer to ever come into the workplace. This type of customer is always understanding of the circumstances, which is why they receive the best name out of the list. If something goes wrong with their order, they do not care in the slightest manner. For example, if the understanding customer orders a double cheeseburger with nothing but pickle and ketchup, and they receive a double cheeseburger with everything. The understanding customer just takes off all the extra vegetables, eats their burger and go on with their day. Also, if this customer makes a mess they will try and clean it up, and if an employee spills something on this customer they do not freak out. This customer goes with the flow even when they are in a restaurant with seats and a hostess, if they suddenly have to change tables it is no sweat off their back because it is just a simple table switch and not the end of the world. The understanding customer tips the best out of all the different types because they go with the flow. They understand that their waiters are human, and therefore make mistakes and have bad days.…
