This week has been a week of confinement first staying in so not to catch any colds or virus's going around to prepare for surgery and now due to the ice and weather conditions to stay in to keep from taking a chance of falling and injuring my incision....not to mention the soreness...whew! But I have to be honest in these times that we are sometimes slowed down and staying inside i look to these times as opportunities for MORE quiet time with our Lord...MORE bible reading and MORE study time...so I sometimes stow away for hours and wait for what God has for me in these times. One of my studies this week during confinement...lol...I found myself in the book of John 15:1-8 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. And then I guess, Pilar Hernandez, a role I played for Dreamteam, a long running TV show in the UK on SKY1 and FOX. I was part of the regular cast for two seasons, and the challenge there was to keep--keep--keep exploring--to stay curious even when you’ve played the role for a long time.
