After many missions Rider has gotten tired the spy company, M16, for manipulating him into these dangerous assignments. Yet, he gets convinced into doing another one. His objective this time was just to act like a normal kid going on a vacation to Skeleton Key, an island near Cuba. He was just being used to limit the suspicion of his fake parents who were actually spies. But, he ends up getting into much more trouble.
