I also observed that he would go puts his shoes to every time he sees people are getting ready to go. I noticed that he would raise his leg to put the shoe on ( he was frustrated that his foot would not go in the shoe easily). Then I used slippers. He didn 't really lift his leg, he sorta slid his foot in the shoe. Cognitive development The babbling language is the first start of the cognitive development of a toddler. Babbling is the short incremental sentences that a toddler use.
