The next step is to fill out your profile information such as your hometown, current city, and employer, all of which is optional. The final step of adding a profile picture is also optional however, I suggest that everyone add a profile picture because many individuals won’t accept friend request from unidentified requestors. Today, unlike when I first created my Facebook page, new members have the options to take a privacy tour to learn how to limit the information they share with an audience, how tagging works, and how information is shared with Apps, Games, and Websites. I used faux information to create a Facebook account so that I could explain the process of setting up the account, as it has been quite some time since I’ve set up my Facebook page. I didn’t encounter any issues with setting up the account; in fact it went rather smoothly.
