Leadership philsosophy My leadership styles differ from Soldier to Soldier. Some Soldiers require to be micromanaged, but other require little supervision. Upon completion of a training exercise in Iraq I was presented with the medallion as a token of appreciation for my hard work and efforts put forth. As a former Military Police Officer I trained and mentored the Iraqi Police allowing them to become an adaptive and mature force.
