leading steel manufactures, Algoma Inc. and Stelco Inc. Both became prey to the investors trying to sell the company assets offshore and make quick, albeit a lot of money. Such is the greed of investors that the downfall of Stelco Inc. rendered a lot of workers jobless and made Hamilton one of the poorest towns in Ontario. From Nortel Networks to YBM Magnex, the author describes the various ways in which investors steal money. He also uncurtains the Ponzi Schemes of different named Canadian banks like CIBC and RBC who device fraudulent schemes to steal from investors themselves. He also discusses who the mafia and criminals then threaten the fraudulent hedge fund manipulators and bankers to give them a chunk of their profits. He busts the rogue investors, corrupt brokers, loan sharks and hedge fund manipulators of their deep rooted corruption, ill- defined bonus pools, falsifying documentation and bogus schemes in an attempt to expose what really goes on in the office of Bay Street. The book comes across strong and thought-invoking as it unveils the real grim face Canada’s corporate sector and compels the readers in sit and think if their investments are really safe. It also highlights the blatant disrespect of ethics and morals and the ruthlessness of the investors and hedge fund manipulators as the authors aptly calls the corporate sector a “a wealth destroyer, a parasitic reaper of money from the middle and working classes.” It relates to the common middle class man with…
