In the world of Sports, I researched the California Angels baseball team because my Uncle Mike was a pitcher for them from 1986 to 1988. His friend, Chuck Finley, is mentioned in an article from the Los Angeles Times on June 8, 1995. Roger Clemens was the pitcher for the Boston Red Sox baseball team, and was out for the season’s first month with an injury to his shoulder. The Angels were interviewed and discussed how Clemens had evolved into a good pitcher. In the beginning of his baseball career, Clemens only had two pitches that were mostly fast balls. Now Clemens had three to four pitches that could move all over the strike zone. Clemens was the ace pitcher for the Red Sox team. The Angels compared Clemens to their ace pitcher, Chuck Finley. The Angels shortstop DiSarcina believed the Red Sox team had a good chance to win the pennant with Clemens back in the ace pitcher position.
