    Did you know that rock candy is a confectionery mineral that is made up of large crystals? Well the rock candy is made of confectionery that makes up large crystals to make rock candy a solution of sugar and water is made to crystalize on a stick and when you use heated water, large sugar crystals will form. It takes about 6-7 days to form sugar crystals for rock candy stick. But it’s definitely worth the wait. Rock candy sticks can be present at every meal.as Part of your coffee or tea by dissolving rock candy sticks. As time passes the water evaporate slowly from the solution. And as the water evaporates , the solution becomes more saturated and sugar molecules will continue to come out of the solution and collect on the seed crystals on the string. Then the rock candy crystals will grow molecule by molecule. “Crystals form in the smallest particles of substance and the molecules arrange themselves in an orderly and repetitive pattern. But the molecules are too small for us to see moving around and arranging themselves. And the dissolving process involves two steps first the water molecules have to bind to the sucrose molecules and second the water molecules pull the sucrose molecules away from the crystals and into the solution.
