The purpose of this project is to create customer experience map and make recommendations. A customer service map is a diagram of the steps a customer takes while engaging with a company. The company we chose to evaluate is a well-known cell phone service provider known as Sprint. While evaluating many different touch points of our interaction with Sprint we had many thoughts and different emotions. The beginning of any customer journey starts in the parking lot. Fortunately the parking lot of sprint was well spaced out, had good view to the store, and a very short walk to the entrance of the building. We were content that we didn’t have to fight for parking. We were also highly pleased we only had to take a short walk to enter the building especially while living in the cold winter temperatures of Minnesota. While walking towards the store we noticed that the building looked a lot bigger than what it actually was; it was a bit deceiving. Besides the size of the building the windows were laid out really well giving a nice look into the store and being able to look at the products without actually having to step in. The outside of the store was well kept that made me feel welcomed as a customer into the store. As soon we entered the store we were immediately welcomed; it made us feel important that within our few steps inside they were already ready to help us out. It’s what every store should do make their customers feel valued. The employee of Sprint was really friendly,…

In my perspective Robin Hood is not a true follower of Jesus Christ. I see Robin Hood as a great person, that does good. Ephesians 2:8-9 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast.” (BibleGateWay, Ephesians) Robin Hood does not follow this verse. Robin Hood can do as many good works as he wants. He can give to the poor, help people in need ,but if he does not have a true relationship with…
