    I consistently show support for the Sargento vision and values. I will do the right and best thing for the organization, even if it compromises my personal goals, or requires going the extra mile. I use my positivity and enthusiasm to encourage co-workers at Sargento and co-packers to move in the same forward direction to complete common goals. While working with co-packers I try to exemplify Sargento vision and values tailoring the message to different groups and different circumstances, sometimes uncooperative, to complete goals. I understand my job description and duties and have the proper knowledge to complete tasks correctly. I take care of my responsibilities with minimal supervision because I know what I need to do and how to do it, but I am sure to get clarification if I have any doubts. To keep up with constant change and the desire to learn new skills, I am always on the lookout for learning opportunities both on the job and in outside training courses. I have utilized these learning opportunities to improve my knowledge of our products and services, and am now more comfortable making decisions and offering opinions on processes/issues as they arise. I was often asked to use my knowledge of Balanced Breaks to help with the startup of Hilbert North. I am flexible and always open to the ideas of others, without coming to conclusions too quickly.
