PER REPORTER: Timothy is abusing the child (Arthur Jr.). The reporter contacted law enforcement and they said call the hotline. Timothy beat Arthur with an extension cord and phone cord. The reporter stated on 10/02/15 Karlie was brought to the clinic with complaints of sore throat and ear pain. A strep throat test was done and it returned negative; Karlie was prescribed medication for ADHD and sent home.
