Educational Visit Report • Should contain the objectives, anticipated outcome, outline of the workshop, highlights and successes, comments and further recommendations for the chapter or association as well as the facilitator. • Any feedback on your visit outside of the workshops should be shared with the District Director and Content Specialists via email. Remember: o The EME Trainer grant only reimburses $25 for supplies unless special permission is granted. o A meal is reimbursed during travel hours if your travel time, flight or drive time meets or exceeds five hours.
