The use of simple statements such as Appendix G allowed the NSDAP to climb in votes from 2.6% to 33.1% in the Reichstag (Appendix F). This increase in voters would not have been possible without the quick decline of the stock markets at Wall Street and the sudden decline unemployment in Germany that occurred through a chain of events. The WSC was a key to success for the NSDAP and allowed them to, via their propaganda, gain a large percentage of voters and supporters alike. This view is supported by most historians and economists such as Alfred Sohn-Rethel, a leading economist, in Appendix E. The WSC not just made dejection in USA, the Weimar 's political framework was tested in each conceivable route brought about by the resounding delayed consequences created by the WSC. The political crisis mirrored the economic disaster that happened in the WSC. All of the parties in the Reichstag were divided by conflict due to differences in ideology, this made a coalition government very difficult to run. The death of Stresemann left President Hindenburg in a difficult position as Stresemann was the only person that kept the government running. Hindenburg could not find a chancellor who had a majority in the Reichstag, thus he appointed Heinriech Bruning and that ended parliamentary democracy in Germany.
