Plantar warts s are generally singular and small in size, but they can grow in clusters called mosaic warts. One distinguishing feature is the small black spot that appears on the wart, referred to as seeds. What is black spot on foot? Plantar warts develop on the ball or the heel of the foot. At the center of the wart are black spots, these are capillaries that supply it with blood. Both the warts and the black spots may be unsightly creating some discomfort, but they are not harmful. Sometimes, individuals do experience minor irritation or pain, depending on where the wart is located on the foot. These black spots are noncancerous skin growth in the top layer of the skin. Although they are not a dangerous to our health, they are contagious. Plantar warts can be spread with skin-to-skin or surface contact.
