Parallel structure helped me grow as a writer a lot. First of all, parallel structure is when elements follow a consistent pattern, which makes it fluent and makes sense. As a speaker I recognized that I didn’t use parallel structure I said it completely wrong! In class when we started learning about it I learned a lot from it. For some, all words must be adjectives or verbs to be called parallel structure. Ex: My mom cooks, cleans, and jogs is an example of parallel structure. Parallel structure helped me as a student because it told me how to state a grammatical form in a sentence. By helping me state a grammatical statement it helps me improve my sentences. When doing parallel structure in NoRedInk all the sentences looked the same, I started of very bad. After a while I spotted a difference in the words. Some had ed and others had ing I noticed that all of them had to be only one form. So after a while I started to get them right, then I didn’t miss one. I had plenty of difficulties with Parallel structure. Like I stated above starting in NoRedInk was hard. I didn’t get it at first but after a while I got it. A example of non parallel structure and parallel structure is “ I am a talented singer, dancer, and performing”. The right example is “I am a talented, singer, dancer, and performer”. Artifact # 2 Unit 0 Exam The Unit 0 exam helped me as a speaker because it thought me all there is to know. It helped me understand and say…

Aristotle defines the verb as “a sound compounded with meaning and indicative of time”. A verb, according to the Greeks, describes action, from which we can deduce further that it has a subject, and it indicates…

inherited traditions.’ Furthermore this enforces the point of modernism focussing on the present, as Elizabeth Outka says in ‘Consuming Traditions’ how the study of modern literature saw the end of the Victorian age and in turn the new birth of modernity and new desires and possibilities. test, and I don’t want to hear any other word about this.” Latin was a really hard subject for me, in addition of this, it was boring and tedious. Knowing this, my mother set the condition, she was hoping my failure to get 100 on the test. But, she…
