transformation I see the most would be between the Nintendo 64 to the PlayStation 4 consoles. The Nintendo 64 was a stepping stone for modern day gaming such as the PlayStation 4. The Nintendo 64 controller was very unique at the time. The controller itself was shaped like an M with the middle part of the M being longer than the other two parts. The controller had a 4 foot wire attached to it along with a memory card holder on the controller in case people wanted to make their games saves there. Underneath the controller was the z button with was hidden so during shooting games the other players couldn’t see when someone was going to shoot them. Along with a directional pad the controller included something known as the C buttons. These buttons are 4 individual buttons that have the 4 directions (up, down, left, right) and are yellow. These…

Xbox v. PlayStation Do you play on Xbox or PlayStation? Both consoles have many pros and cons. Xbox has pros like cross play to PC gamers. PlayStation has pros like DLC exclusivity for many games. These two consoles have great exclusives, great multiplayer experiences, and many new, state of the art hardware additions. “Which should I get, the Xbox One or the PlayStation 4 for my birthday?” my friend asked. Glancing at my friend apathetically as I always do, “Did I not already told you which one to get?” I answered with a tiredness to my voice from working late on an extremely busy night yesterday. While thinking for a few moments, my friend finally replied. “Wasn’t it the PlayStation 4?” my friend asked. “Probably” I said. Besides they’re both very good choices; however, both consoles have their pros and…

Xbox One Price Cut Due to the fact that the PlayStation 4’s cost was lower than the Xbox One’s cost, Microsoft made the decision to make a more bare-bones package for the Xbox One to match Sony’s price point for the PlayStation 4.
