After becoming an Eagle Scout, I wanted to give back to the Scouting community. One outlet I discovered was to staff National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT), a program designed to teach leadership to younger scouts. In this program, beginner staffers (TGs) are responsible for guiding small groups through the course.
