    PAY AND PERSONNEL INFORMATION BULLETIN (PPIB) 17/06. The Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) course has been updated on Navy e-Learning. The updated course identifier is PERS2-PAYPERS-CPPA-CPPATRAINING-V1.0. These updates were specifically designed for a better alignment with the new CPPA role and the NEC 95AD initiative and requirements.
