But during this crazy ten minutes, my keeper was amazing! She saved shot after shot. Keeping the score tied at 0-0. As we got ten minutes into the game I started to think about substitutions. I didn 't want to pull my starters off because they were doing so well. But to help my starters stay fresh I needed to give them a break. My dad showed me how to move the girls around without leaving any weak areas on the field. About a quarter of the way through the game, one of the Pocatello forwards got away from our defense on a breakaway. This breakaway resulted in a goal for Pocatello, so the score was 1-0. Right before halftime one of the Pocatello defenders fouled on of the Rigby forwards inside the 18-yard box, consequently, Rigby got a penalty kick (PK). One of the girls that I coached was an excellent PK taker. I had her set up, and take the kick. The ball zipped just inside the right post and into the sidewall of the net. We were now tied with Pocatello 1-1. The ref blew the whistle signaling that it was time for half time. The second half of the game was just as intense as the first. We held them until about ten minutes left, when on of the Pocatello forwards snuck one more goal in, making the score 2-1 Pocatello. We ended up losing the game, but the girls played hard until the very end. After the game we talked about how the tournament wasn 't over yet and we still had time to go home with first place. The next team we played was Bridger Valley. This team came…

team. I have to make this shot. I can't let them down. I won't let them down. To most people, taking a penalty kick in a soccer game is simple. All they have to do is kick a ball 12 yards just enough so that it crosses over a white line and rolls past the goalkeeper. However, it's not as easy as it seems. It can be this easy if players think positive instead of thinking negatively about taking the kick. It is a proven fact that soccer players have a higher percentage of scoring on a penalty…

Introduction It is very important that hospital adheres to the guidelines that stipulated that if patients return to the hospital for after being treated for 30 days there be a penalty of some sort. This guideline came about after the implementation of the affordable care in 2010. Time unfroze and all I saw were Bethlehem players surrounding the official and shouting out words of complaint. For what? It appeared to be that the ref called offside and the goal was withdrawn! We could not have been more relieved and overtime did loom. All the players were cramped up for overtime, so both halves of overtime were relatively quiet. Penalties would decide the champions. We were the first team to get penalties started. It was three-two on penalties after four out of the five…
