Smith only continued to grow as a media figure in sports. After 16 years, Smith moved on from his career at the Inquirer in 2010 and expanded in his work with ESPN (Duckworth, 2016). Beginning in 2011, Smith hosted a weekday local show in that ran for two hours on New York’s ESPN Radio 98.7FM; Smith’s show lasted until 2014 (Duckworth, 2016). What also began in 2011 was another one of Smith’s local shows on ESPN but this one was on Los Angeles’ ESPN 710AM, meaning he covered sports on both sides of the nation (Duckworth, 2016). During this time, he did not host but he also appeared regularly on other ESPN shows such as SportsCenter, ESPNEWS, First Take on ESPN2 (Duckworth, 2016). However, Smith did appear as a guest host on ESPN’s Pardon the Interruption and Jim Rome is Burning (Duckworth, 2016). NBA commissioner David Stern wasn’t always fond of Smith’s behavior. Early on, Stern was under the impression that Smith was always yelling in his expression, even when it wasn’t necessary (Pruett, 2013). In fact, ESPN chose not to resign Smith and Stern’s sightful eye on Smith and his on-screen behavior played a big role on ESPN’s decision (Pruett, 2013). As seen earlier, this inconvenient series of events did not stop Smith as he began hosting his own shows which led to new opportunities later. On ESPN2’s First Take, Smith was regularly…

He had tried to edit and refuse to give in tape recordings in order to cover up his connection. I feel that Nixon could have been charged with obstruction of justice when he refrained from complying with the proper procedures when being questioned and asked for the recordings. I also believe he should have been charged with being an accessory to a burglary. I believe President Nixon resigned from office because he knew that he was going to be impeached and probably have to do some time in…
