The 97-year-old Oshkosh Corporation has several choices to consider as it seeks to expand its international truck manufacturing operations. First, a shortlist of potential locations were established. The list included the countries of India, Argentina, and Botswana. Oshkosh already has a global precense with manufacturing facilities in nine countries, but none in the proposed new locations. Therefore, a detailed analysis of each country is needed in order to make an informed decision.
