    On January 31, 2016, I attended a classical musical concert performed by Chanticleer. The concert was held in the Halton Theater at Central Piedmont Community College. The audience was dressed very casually and most of the people were elderly. This was the first classical concert I have attended, I choose to write about this concert because it’s the one that I liked the most if I had to choose between all the concert that I attended. Chanticleer is a male classical vocal a cappella ensemble comprises twelve men, that include two basses, one baritone, three tenors, and six countertenors (three altos and three sopranos).They mostly know about their interpretations of Renaissance music, but it also performs a wide repertoire of jazz, gospel, and other venturesome new music and it 's also known as an "Orchestra of Voices". The New York Magazine called them ' ' the world 's reigning male chorus ', they were named Ensemble of the year by Musical America in 2008 and they win two GRAMMY awards. Chanticleer the a cappella chorus presented an "Over the Moon" program. The theme of the night was the moon that influences us in each part of our lives, the pieces chose mirrored this thought in multi-faceted ways. In the first set, enthusiasm and certainty the twelve artists walked onto the stage rich in tuxedos, and every one of their developments very much organized.
