Wellness Coach gave Mr. Lebron an updated copy of his resident ledger which has a balance of 2,748.64 even though he provided a copy of a money order in the amount of 197.00 dated October 1, 2016 proof of payment of rent for the month of October he still in jeopardy of remaining in rental arears with his Landlord H.E.L.P USA. Wellness Coach provided Mr. Lebron with the necessary paperwork needed in preparation for the appointment with Catholic Charities HOMEBASE Office to gain a one shot deal. Wellness Coach made copies of Mr. Lebron’s renewal lease, DD-214 letter, and proof of Address (Resident Ledger). Wellness Coach stated that if needs me to attend the appointment with him that can be arrange. Mr. Lebron responded okay. Wellness Coach informed Mr. Lebron that on Friday October 14, 2016 she will give him a call to remind him of his appointment.
