When participating in this observation of the sky many things were brought to my attention. The sky has many mysterious things including the stars’ movement. I made eight observations where I live Del Mar Heights. Most of the descriptions of observation were an hour to complete. These observations over the semester from September to December were done with drawings I’ve below, I’ve noted any constellations that were visible I also used an astronomy website to name and understand what I was looking at. All observations were at lease days apart. My observation started on the fifth of September. During this drawing the sky was cloudy. I didn’t see the Moon out at this time. The constellation Sagittarius was located to the left of the sky. Then in the upper left side, I viewed what is called Tea Pot. In the lower right hand side, I saw Corona Australis which looked like a candy cane. . That was really interesting because I thought the same stars were always in the sky. Light pollution made only the brightness stars visible. The next observation was on the eighth of September and I notices difference. The stars changed position. Sagittarius was still in its location and changed to the right-side. The Tea Pot had moved slightly to the right. When I was looking at the sky, it was hard to see all of Corona Australis. Most of it was cut off on the horizon. During this time, there was an eclipse on the 16 of September. The first observation took place during the first week of…

While unassuming at optical wavelengths, these bodies, which consisted of a pair of extended radio lobes on either side of an elliptical galaxy, proved to be quite interesting in the radio band. Then in the 1960s, radio sources were found to be associated with objects assumed to be stellar in origin. First came the…
