This observation was supposed to take place someplace outside of my comfort zone. Outside of my comfort zone would typically be any place outside of my home town Islip. I was thinking that observation is one of most important elements in teaching young children. Even if I knew that it is important, I did not know the methods and skills to observe the children. By spending time in the classroom every week doing observations helped me a lot to practice and gain the right skills to observe a child. Partying on the Weekend For my observation I went to a house party in town on Saturday night. It was a tightly packed house, meaning there were little rooms and a lot of people.
