This strategy will dictate how Wycombe District Council views and helps those with housing difficulties in the district over the next 5 years from 2014-2019, the research undertaken by the council shows how the local area compares to the country as a whole. Reasons for Homelessness Wycombe Nationally Parents no longer willing to accommodate 25% 17% Termination of Short-hold tenancy 24% 23% Other relatives no longer willing or able to accommodate 12% 12% Violent breakdown of relationships 3% 5% Nonviolent breakdown of relationships 17% 14% other 16% 29% After this research was carried out the BOSH (Buckinghamshire - Oxfordshire Single Homelessness project) a 10 council coalition lead by Wycombe District Council to tackle the problem of homelessness. BOSH has created the NSNO (No Second Night Out) scheme, this community outreach programme plans to help entrenched rough sleepers into either a temporary bed or to relocate them back to their original home districts.
