NYLT stands for National Youth Leadership Training. This training is run through Boy Scouts and is a one week long camp. I did this high intensity camp last year and was the hardest thing I did in my life. The day before i left to go i was extremely nervous and was sick that 's how scared I was. For me to be eligible to go to this camp i had to lose 24 pounds in 4 weeks i did it but was extremely hard running multiple times a day and eating so little. I was packing and all that i can bring was whatever i can fit in my Army backpack from my cousin. Trying to fit a week 's worth of supplies and fitting it in the bag was not easy with also bringing spare of almost everything just to be prepared. The most useful tool the list says was my knife for multiple reasons that it can be used for. Once I get the entire backpack filled to the max i put it on my back and it felt like i put a 150 pound rock on my back. I was ready to leave and loaded up the car and had a hour ride a head of me. Right when I got to the place I said my final prayer and got out of the car and gave my Stepmom a hug and my dad. They both started to cry and…
