Please be sure to share the pictures of your meal with me on social media by following me here: Baked Spaghetti Squash Spasagna 2-3 pound spaghetti squash, cut in 1 – 1 ½ inch-wide rings Olive oil, for drizzling Black pepper, to taste Sea salt, to taste 3 slices of chopped bacon, cooked Béchamel Sauce: 4 tablespoons butter ¼ cup organic whole white wheat flour 2 ½ cups milk Freshly grated nutmeg White pepper, pinch Black pepper, to taste Sea salt, to taste ¾ cup shredded pepper jack cheese ½ cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese Spaghetti sauce, prepared Directions Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet, arrange spaghetti squash onto the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on top of the spaghetti squash rings then sprinkle the salt and black pepper on top. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the spaghetti squash easily strings after being picked with a fork. Remove the spaghetti squash from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
