The SAI Florence program I am hoping to attend in the spring runs from January 24th to May 12th at Florence University of the Arts. Tuition is $12,995 and includes housing, in either an apartment shared with other SAI students or a homestay, and many excursions including hikes, cooking lessons, day trips, biking tours, sporting events, and theatre performances around Italy. The program application deadline is November 1st. At the airport on the day of arrival students are met by an ISA representative who distributes apartment keys and an orientation schedule and directs you to a shuttle that goes directly to your apartment. The first week students arrive is orientation which covers local customs, safety information, program regulations, and housing details. They assist students with registering for their Permit to Stay and have a student visa office who provides clear instructions on how to be prepared for their time abroad. Once in Florence students begin their many included excursions to get students familiar with their new home. SAI offers many student services. Since my interest of the program began I have been communicating with Marilyn Etchell who is one of the program contacts in the US. All of my questions were promptly answered with kindness and information I did not even know I was missing. Once in Florence they have on-site staff to assist with academics and any other questions that may arise. They also have a 24-hour emergency phone line and provide students with…

She says in one of her videos that most damsel in distress based games follow the Subject-Object Dichotomy. Thus a college education to me holds the key to a successful career and a brighter future. Not only is Rutgers is close to home and comforting, Generally speaking the Newark campus is ranked third in New Jersey. Many people question whether college is really worth the money or the time.
