Every unit has their own separate calendars that remind them of important dates for their specific work. The program they use is Microsoft Outlook which is linked to their employee email. The calendar information must be input manually, and according to Tracy takes about three hours every day, and is done throughout the day as case updates come in. She says by doing it manually she has to be very careful not to input incorrect dates, which has happened on occasion. The people that receive the calendar information are any paralegals working in that unit and the attorney for that unit.
