The Eleventh Doctor from Doctor Who, said, “Do what I do. Hold tight and pretend it’s a plan!” Before, I started my master I had a plan already on how to successfully finish. I know theirs four ways to distinguish my accomplishment on succeeding on masters. I want to accomplish my masters in these four areas that are intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, time management, and academic preparedness. They all have a significant plan in place, but they all reach for the same goal in achieving my Masters of Arts in English with a specification in Literature. Intrinsic motivation is the first plan that I created when I started this program. I knew I had to have a motivation to keep myself going through these masters while working, and still working as an academic advisor for my fraternity. The greatest motivation that I have is completing my goal as a child to have five PhDs, and I want to become a professor in a university. Additionally, I work at Laredo Community College, LCC, in a development area in English as an adjunct professor. This a step closer for my second goal in becoming a professor, and LCC will offer me a full time…
