Go To Top Of Page Agent Guidelines OneClick is a tool that can be used to add efficiency to your daily tasks. It has the ability to store and recover credentials, and it can auto log into several applications. You should attempt to use OneClick whenever possible, and during your administrative time to make sure your credentials are up to date. Go To Top Of Page Administrative / Support Installation: OneClick is part of the standard set of agent tools. If needed, use VZDelivery to install, and subsequently submit a SPECNSC ticket if there are any issues. Troubles: •OneClick crashes or freezes - Force close the application using task manager, and then start the program from the start menu. If there is an application problem with OneClick, then it can be repaired in Desktop Manager. If needed, use the SPECNSC IRIS case to dispatch a ticket. •No applications listed - You are not set up in OneClick yet, so submit an NSCTOOLS ticket to have your profile set up. •Applications are not auto logging in - There are a few reasons this could occur: ◦Application has a certificate error - The application team will need to update their certificate to allow OneClick to work as designed, but until…
